How can I show larger images than 45px using the shortcode?

    Thank you for this plugin.

    I need to use the shortcode in a home page.

    However, the images always appear as 45px x 45px no matter what I set them to.

    thumb_height="256"
thumb_width="256"

    …always returns tiny 45px images.

    How can I use the shortcode and show images on the page that are larger than 45px?
