How can I shift secondary menu & reduce header in Storefront default theme?

  • Primary Menu: Shop
    Secondary Menu: My Account Cart Checkout
    Cart Menu: Rs0.00 0 items

    I want to change the header from the top image (existing design) to the one image below. I’m modifying a child theme so that’s not an issue. Tried by adding top and left offset to the secondary menu but on resizing the browser it overlaps on the cart menu.

    Also how can I reduce the header height. I want a slim header. By specifying a smaller value for height the header height does reduce but then nothing is visible except the secondary menu.

    Please help. Thanks.
