How can I setup different confirmation pages for different offers?

  • I currently have the signup confirmation page setup but I want to setup different confirmation pages to reflect the different free ebook offer I have on my website. Is this possible? If so how? I am using Thrive Themes and they have great templates and I want to integrate mailpoet with the landing page templates and various Thrive Theme templates for confirmation and downloading offers.
