How can I set up an email reply with a file attached?

Hi, I have set up my email reply in mail 2.
How can I add a file attachment (the pdf is uploaded to my wp)?
Do I simply enter the link for the file (https://www.sydneyconcierge.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/101-things-to-do-in-Sydney.pdf) under file attachments?
