How can I set a post page as a default instead of dashboard for contributord

Hi,
I have some users roles , When the contributor login to wordpress admin site, they will see the dashboard page as the homepage ,but I neet to set the post page as a default homepage instead of dashboard . So when the contributor login they will see the post page.
How can I do that?Thank you.
