How can I send an aumated email without the confirmation link?

Hi there!

So I have 3 forms on my site, but non of them is for getting subscribers. One is for people hand in an application, one is for simple contact and the last one is for us to give the customer an offer on a project. On each of the 3 forms, I want customers to get a “thank you email”, but I can not do so, without having them to go through a stupid confirmation link first, in order to recieve a “thank you”. Can this be solved in any way? On every form the “subscribers” are already checking of the mark, allowing me to send them an email ??
