How can i see the total points of other users?

All the frontend based point displays are going to be based on the current user, regardless of administrator status. If you have a community powered by something like BuddyPress, it can be set up to show user’s points on their profile, but it’s not something we’ve done out of the box with BadgeOS and the Community Addon.

In the meantime, as an admin, you can see users’ points totals via their WP Admin profile. An alternative would be using the Leaderboard addon available at badgeos.org to display all users ranked by points. It is a paid plugin though, in case that’s a factor in your decisions.
