How can I see log other than by exporting it?

    I installed and activated Simple History and can export a csv of the log but I sort of expected some sort of GUI to see it in the Dashboard but nothing appears? Is there UI for viewing the log directly in the Dashboard or does it have to be exported?

    There should be a link to the Simple History activity feed in Dashboard ? Simple History. Also if you visit the dashboard there should be a Simple History box/widget there.

    If you can’t access the website you can view the log in your MySQL database. Look for the tables simple_history and simple_history_contexts.
