I have 4 categories with links.

I want to do a search on one Category of links. I have figured out that I can limit my search to one category by using [link-library categorylistoverride=”963″] on the same page where [link-library-search] resides.

However, [link-library categorylistoverride=”963″] displays the list of links. I do not want people seeing the list of links before searching.

How can I limit the search to one category?
Or, how can I suppress the [link-library categorylistoverride=”963″] display of links before the search is performed?

    Thank you,
    Rob

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I have not had the chance to test this, but I think you could achieve what you you want by checking the options:

“Only show one category at a time”
    and
“Hide category on start in single cat mode”

Both are found under the Common tab in library settings.

    Yannick,

    That worked!

I assume I can use Libraries to the same with different Categories, 1 at a time.

    Thank you!
