How can I retain my previous Facebook Social Plugin?

    This is my first ever question/post here at www.remarpro.com forum. I have just upgraded my WP version to 3.5, one of the problems I am facing now is the Facebook Social Plugin. I wanted to retain that number of likes I have accumulated before which is now gone after updating my WP version.

    Can someone help me on this?

    PS. I am a no techie one. Shame. ??
