How can I restore my data?

We think it’s a plugin conflict. Most likely it’s “BackUpWordPress: 2.3.3”. Could you deactivate it and try it. Let us know. Once we know which plugin it is, we can try to fix.

I’ve deactivated BackUpWordpress plugin, and ‘MySQL server has gone away’ error dissapeared. Great!

But I’ve to notice you, sendpress administrator (v 0.9.6) works slow, more slow than previous version. Too much slow , really difficult to work. Any idea? I’m not sure If I will really be able to use it…

Could you repost the support info? I’d like to see if the tables got reinstalled. That could be the performance issue.

You could also try P3 Profiler. It will tell you what could be causing slowness. I had an issue with total cache once that P3 solved for me.

The other option is to deactivate all plugins and then start reactivating to see which one is causing the slowness. Could be ours, but it would be helpful to know.

Also, is it only slow on the sendpress area, or all of wp-admin?

My SQL error again!!! Now I have deleted sendpress files, using FTP as I can’t come in wp-admin panel. With v.9.2, the same problem. Any idea about it? I need send mails again… Thanks!!

Hi NuriaSerrat,

if you install v0.9.6.3 and go to the Settings > Advanced tab you will see a button that will force the plugin to try and reinstall the tables. Hopefully this will fix your issues.
