How can I reset to zero the ticket numbers?

    I would like reset my ticket numbers that now is at 190.
    Is there a safe way to do it?

    Hi Ronny,

    There isn’t a safe way to reset the ticket number to 0 again. If you are familiar with databases, you could delete existing tickets and reset the auto-increment ID in the wp_posts table, but I would recommend against doing that as it is more likely to cause a big problem if a small accident happens when editing.
