    How can I replace the standard player if it is in Featured Video, and URL is added through the form?

    Hi There!

    Thanks for reaching out. This really depends on what type of theme you are using. There’s no standard “Featured Video” with WordPress, so it sounds like possibly theme functionality.

    If it accepts a shortcode, you could use our shortcode there:

    Hello!
    Yes we are talking about Featured Video in Publisher and Jnews themes.
    For example, if I paste the player shortcode into the _featured_embed_code field
    https://yadi.sk/i/VZtllgoRTtrcIg
    then I get an Url Incorrect error

    With old, already existing videos, nothing can be done except to replace it with your hands?`

    It sounds like your theme does not support a shortcode there. You’ll want to reach out to your theme support to find out how you can do this.

    It sounds like maybe the solution here would be to create a child theme, and replace the jNews player with our player, but maybe they have some more insight into this.
