• Hi there,

    Please see the screenshot here.

    The image is a transparent image but there is a white background showing. Can you please advise how to remove the CSS? I cannot see it anywhere in the WordPress backend.

    Thank you

    This is a staging environment which is protected. I can send you a link to the live environment but the icon is a square one rather than a circular one. The [shorllink expanded to link field ] link is here. However, if you inspect element on the live environment then you’ll see the css in question as well.

    Do not use short links in these forums, that has been abused in the past and is expanded when found. I have expanded yours into the link field.

    The link field cannot be seen by search engines. Only by users logged into these forums.

    I see an image with background color…

    I understand. As per an earlier message, we are using a transparent image in our staging environment. However, i cannot give you access to that, as it’s locked down and I cannot DM you the access details.

    However, in the link I shared, if you inspect element, you will see that it has:

    body .accessability_container * {
        background: #fff !important;
        color: #000 !important;

    This is the exact same as out staging environment. I do not want to upload the new image to live, because it has the white background. And I cannot see where in the CSS to remove the white background.

    If you’re still struggling to see it, then i can share a YouTube video. Thanks
