How can I remove two links at page bottom

  • I am a very new newbee. you all probably know the answer.

    in my posts I have two link/options that appear at the bottom of each post IE: “Leave a Comment” and Edit.

    I’m thinking I should remove these two links (but dont know how)
    Being new to blogging I’m afraid someone will will use the “edit” feature to rewrite my blog or use the “Leave a Comment” to perhaps make rude remarks.

    Would really like some advice from the experienced users..Pleeeese
    Should I leave them or remove them, if remove, then How ?

    you can modify these links by modify the Theme files associated with your website.

    The Edit link will only appear to logged-in users so you don’t have to worry about that link. If you are worried about span and unrelated comments I would highly suggest you install/enable the Akismet plugin and change your settings so that all comments need to be approved.

    By doing the above steps you will not need to modify your theme at all and will resolve your concerns.
