If you remove the plugin, the contact bar will not and can not be added by the plugin anymore. In your case, I assume you did not uninstall the plugin because the file https://ayatallah.com/wp-content/plugins/speed-contact-bar/public/assets/images/email_dark.svg is still accessible. And this is within the plugin folder which wouldn’t exist anymore if you have deinstalled the plugin. Otherwise, I can imagine that you have a CDN or cache installed that delivers the files anyway.
