How can I remove the plugin settings from the DB without access to the admin pan

  • The developers before us developed a Wp website on the same domain and hosting, then the developers left

    A new team has arrived, and the hosting and domain of the project have also changed.

    Now we are restoring the project, the front part is running, but we cannot go to the admin panel – if we remove the plugin from the folder, at /wp-admin writes there is no access to the admin panel, if the plugin is in the folder, it redirects to the main page of the site, removing the plugin, working with wp-options does not help.

    I searched for how to remove the plugin settings from the database, I didn’t find anything

    The plugin is paid or free, too, there is no info, there is no key to the plugin either.
