    Hi all,

    I have been trying my hardest to remove this little bugger from next to my Add to Cart button – it’s the -OR- that is to the left of it. See the link to my website.

    I have seen others have the same issue, and the conclusion was that the Stripe plugin was interacting with it. I have the Stripe plugin but it is not activated since I changed to WooPayments. Any other ideas would be super appreciated

    Thanks
    Sonia ??

    Hello @sonia1994,

    I have seen others have the same issue, and the conclusion was that the Stripe plugin was interacting with it.

    First, did you just remove the option of Stripe from WooCommerce > Payments or disbale it all together from Plugins > Installed plugins?

    Removing the plugin just from the Payment settings won’t really deactivate it, more like removing the option from checkout.

    Also, these types of problems usually come from the theme. Could you please try switching to Storefront temporarily?

    Look forward to hearing back from you.

    Thanks for your reply. I deactived the Stripe plugin from Installed plugins AND removed it from my payments. The issue is still there. I also switched to Storefront and the -OR- remains unforutanly.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I have been trying my hardest to remove this little bugger from next to my Add to Cart button – it’s the -OR-

    I also switched to Storefront and the -OR- remains unfortunately.

    That’s odd, can you please add this piece of CSS code

    #wcpay-payment-request-button-separator{
        visibility: hidden;
    }

    You can add it by going to your WP-Admin > Appearance > Additional CSS.

    Does this work for you?

    If not, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? That will help us to take a closer look, you can get it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?
