How can I remove the embed icons in Activity panel?

I like the functionality of Activity Plus, yet the ability to upload is already covered by other plugins. What I’d like to do is remove the tabs/icons for Picture and Video (possibly leaving link) so that I can keep the functionality of direct video embedding.

The icons are confusing my users (as much as I don’t mind, others really do), and I don’t want to stop using the plugin for the purpose of allowing people to embed videos with no problem.
