How can I remove Social Media Widget and Subscribe to RSS From Posts Page?

I am preparing my first post. When I preview my draft first post on my post page, my social media widget shows up in a sidebar (or at the bottom of the page), even though I have chosen a template of my theme (Spartan by ThemeAlley) without a sidebar. I have been able to limit the appearance of the Social Media Widget on other pages that do not have sidebars by choosing the no sidebar template, but that does not seem to work with a post.
I don’t know why the “Subscribe to RSS” widget shows up on the post page. I have never seen it on any other pages, and I did not activate a widget for it.
