How can I remove Order By and Order from Search Box?

You can hide those fields by adding below this custom CSS to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS Block

.wptf_product_table_wrapper .search_single_order_by,
.wptf_product_table_wrapper .search_single_order {
    display: none;
}
