We don’t have anything specific for that type of thing, other than just having fields that are used to set the arguments for register_post_type(). Closest I can recall and see from some googling is making sure your “with front” setting is set to false. Otherwise, I’d just be googling for tutorials that look like they take care of the topic ??

Thanks Michael, with front was exactly what I needed…sometimes one’s eyes just gloss over certain settings.

    Welcome David. ??

I would also like to thank you for this fix. Although I am using Toolset Types, the same option existed in my plugin, so for other people using the Toolset version of a CPT plugin, uncheck this in your Post Type:

Allow permalinks to be prepended with front base
Example: if your permalink structure is /blog/, then your links will be: false->/news/, true->/blog/news/. Defaults to true.

Glad we could help point to and elaborate on details provided by WordPress core ??
