How can I remove ads from my website?

I am seeing ads appearing on my website, but I have not installed any plugins or added any code to display these ads. I have thoroughly checked my plugins, theme files, widgets, and database, but I couldn’t find any trace of the ad code. The ads seem to be injected from an unknown source.

Actions taken so far:

1. Disabled and removed any suspicious plugins.
2. Reviewed my theme files, specifically header.php, footer.php, and sidebar.php, but found no unauthorized code related to ads.
3. Conducted a database review, checking for any unfamiliar entries, but found no evidence of ad-related entries.
4. Ensured that my WordPress installation, themes, and plugins are up to date.
5. Performed security scans using plugins like Wordfence and Sucuri, which did not detect any malware or vulnerabilities.

Despite these efforts, the ads continue to appear on my site. I am at a loss as to where they are originating from or how to effectively block them.
