Thank you for confirming you’re using PayPal Standard.

Just to make sure: are your PayPal API credentials configured correctly under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal > API Credentials?

I’m asking as that part is directly linked to refunds that are triggered from within WooCommerce.

Hi, I do have a follow-up question:
I’ve “refunded” some orders on my admin panel and the orders are now marked as “refunded”. Once I successfully link the paypal account, how can I actual refund these customers from my admin panel?
