    To add Slashes to WordPress permalinks, First Go to Setting from your WordPress Dashboard, Then Click on Permalink; here, you can see the option ‘Custom Structure.’ There, you can either add or delete the last slash.

    And For 301 redirects. If you don’t know how to code. You can use the ‘Permalink manager’ plugin. Then Enable the “Trailing slashes redirect” option from the plugin setting,

    However, Certain caching plugins may cause conflict & the Permalink Manager to fail.
