How can I put header text over an image?

    Hey there!

    I’ve been customizing a word press theme and I am having a lot of trouble figuring out how to put text over an image.

    Ideally, I would like to have the blog title appeaer over the header image, and then the subtitle appear underneath.

    If possible, it would also be great to be able to put a few network icons (ex: 9rules kinda thing) over the header on the right.

    Anyone up for the challenge? Thank you so much!
