How can I purchase or ask for help if the plugin website is private?

    Hi,

    I installed the plugin on my website, but when I tried to click on the plugin links to; support; FAQS; purchase etc. I am taken to a wordpress control panel page that asks me for username and password, as if I had to be registered to the plugin website… ??
    I am confused and do not know how to get the information I need!

    We’re having problems with our site right now. We apologize for the inconvenience.
