    Hey,

I am trying to move my wordpress.com blog to a self hosted website but I cannot manage to import all the plugins with the theme I was using.
I am trying to connect to Jetpack but it either directs me to a page where it supposed to be connecting/completing a connection but the only thing it does is shows “get back to your site” option creating a loop, or it simply asks if I am sure I want to do this and says “please try again”.

Any suggestions how to solve this?

Also, I just found out that I need to get IP addresses of Jetpack plugins so they could be added to Firewall whitelist.

    Thanks

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Your firewall is indeed most likely what’s causing the issues you’re experiencing. You could try to whitelist the IPs listed here.

If that doesn’t help, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1. Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2. Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4. Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5. Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

    Thanks!
