How can I manage a dropdown box?

    I just goint to use Contact Form-7 plugin and I must say it looks great on
    my website. Now I like to put some data in the dropdown box.
    How can I do this?

    e.g. I want to put a 20 names in the dropdown box these have to be linked to the names e-mailadresses so the message will be send straight to their e-mailadress.
    How can I make this work, until so far I didn’t find in the FAQ.
