How can I make the title a link not to my post but to another website?

When creating a link to another website post with just a comment on my part, I’d like the title of my post not to be a link to MY post, but to the outside website I’m linking to.

An example would be here: shawnblanc.com. His WP installation has two type post titles. Titles that go to an outside link, and titles that link to his post if it’s an original column.

Is this easily doable? Some sort of add-on? Or is it something I’d have to hack myself (which means I have no hope).
