How can I make the Popup to stay after input?

I am trying to integrate a subscription box from MailPoet in the popup. It works fine, but there is one issue, you might be able to help.
After submitting the popup vanished. Therefore the Submission text is not shown on the Screen.
You may test it with a fake E-Mail-adress here
