How can i make my content area full width?

  • Right now we can see the black background color with only a square (my content area) that is white, but i only want my header and my footer to show the black of my background color.

    Is there a way to make my content area all white (full width)?

    Bassically i want the area in between my header and my footer (think its called colums area) to be all white.

    If you look at my website: socialconfidenceacademy.com, i want to keep my content area and my sidbar area where they are right now.
