How can i make a maintenance page and which directory i put the files?

  • Well my site is not entirely made yet so i wanted to add a maintenance page, so my viewers could see i was editing the site. But i don’t know how to make one and where to put the files.

    are you self-hosted? If so, you can use a plugin like wp-maintenance mode

    I use a plugin named Under Construction, got it from wordpres.org plugins directory.

    You have a text-are in wich u can put some html to the construction page

    In plugins config u choose between “on” and “off” anytime u want ^^
