How can I make a local backup copy of twenty twenty-four pages for when I goof?

I’m a frustrated newbie to WP 6.4.2 and twenty twenty-four.
I’ve spent weeks entering and editing content on many pages. It would be disastrous to lose it when I attempt to change menus, hoping to create sub-sub-menus or a work-around before the upcoming wildfire season.
How can I make a local backup copy of each of my twenty twenty-four pages to restore after I mess it up?
What should I enter in topic tags?

Hi there,
First, it keeps revisions for your changes, so you should ideally be able to keep previous versions of it.
If you want to create a local copy of a page, you can also change to the Code view and just copy/paste the code behind the page locally:
