(How) can I link an HREF to an anchor within a hidden/collapsed content

    Is it possible (how?) to link an HREF to an anchor within a hidden/collapsed content?

    I have an anchor in hidden content. The idea is to redirect an user to this specific content, which means also the content to be expanded automaticaly and page scrolled.

    Is it possible, and how should look like the HREF link?
