How can I limit the words or chars in write post

I wanted to provide access to many users in my blog page to post. However, I do not want them to write big blogs, but limit to 750 words max.

I wanted to limit the users posting to 500 words or 750 words maximum. Is there any plugin to limit the write post limit. It can limit either word or chars.
