How can I let the user select their role before social registration?

    How can I let the user select their role before social registration is completed? I have two roles that I want the user signing up via social to be able to select from where they can only select one of them. They can either sign up as an “Employer” or a “Freelancer”. Once they select their role I don’t want them to be able to change it on future social sign ins.
