How can I keep logo centered with "Shrink to sticky" header?

How are you doing today.

Not exactly sure what are you referring to but in case this is the setup you want to use with the logo centered on both regular and shrink header please try adding this custom CSS into Appearance >> Theme Options >> Advanced Settings >> Custom CSS:

.col-md-4.clearfix.kad-header-left {
float: none;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
}

This should center the logo.

Also, you don’t happen to know how I can make it scale towards the top center rather than the left top corner?

I’m not exactly sure what you mean, the logo is now centered in both versions of header.

To me it looks like the logo is shrinking towards the top left corner, whereas I want it to shrink towards the middle, see illustration: https://test.lisasundberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/logo-toggle.png

Maybe it is just caching issue. Please try to clear browser cache and check again.
