    Hi team,
    I am experiencing issues with Pods Custom Posts, where they refuse to present in order of date.
    So I have tried to sign up to your support Slack Chat, but seem to be taken into an endless loop which leads no where.

    If I try to create a Slack Chat login, it won’t let me use my Google or Apple login and asks for any account with the domain:
    pods.io
    chat.www.remarpro.com

    Where do i get these from?

    I have created a Pods.io login and profile, but this only takes me to a basic WordPress Profile Page. It offers no @pods.io address.

    Not quite sure why the process of obtaining support is so convoluted, but I desperately need some help with this.
