How Can I Integrate With Aweber?

I’m setting up Aweber integration for a client’s website and I’m not finding any working add-on that I can use to integrate forms with his Aweber account, nor can I find anywhere I can enter in any API code to implement this manually. The only working integration options I’ve found are with MailChimp and ReCapcha. What I need is Aweber.
What I’m looking for is a way of managing an email marketing campaign so that whenever someone fills out a certain form on my client’s website, the form connects with Aweber and updates that person’s entry there with a tag indicating that person’s filled out that form and gets transferred to a new follow up sequence for those who have filled out this form, so they don’t keep getting the original follow-ups directing them to this form.
I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions.
