how can i increase its size iframe on desctop&mobile

Currently, we do not have an option to resize the iframe. This is something we have already considered and included in our roadmap. We are evaluating the pros and cons of implementing this feature and planning to add it in the future.

This feature allows you to easily increase or decrease the width and height of the iframe as needed to tailor it to your specific requirements. To configure Bit Assist for different devices, you’ll need to set up two separate channels(iFrame) for desktop and mobile. Here’s how to achieve this:

For Desktop:

1. Create a channel specifically for desktop users in Bit Assist.
2. In the channel settings, navigate to the “Channel Show On” option.
3. Here, you should disable the mobile option. This ensures that the channel will only be visible to desktop users.
4. Customize the channel further based on your desktop-specific requirements.

For Mobile:

1. Create a separate channel dedicated to mobile users in Bit Assist.
2. In the channel settings, go to the “Channel Show On” option.
3. Disable the desktop option. This ensures that the channel will only be displayed to mobile users.
4. Customize the channel settings to optimize the experience for mobile visitors.
