how can i hide post at main page?

How are you doing today?

Not exactly sure what you mean but I guess you don’t want to show blog posts on home page at all? If that is the case you can simply change that in Settings >> Reading by selecting “A static page” and then selecting page that you created as your home page https://screencast.com/t/MarBDbej.

If this is not what you wanted please try to provide more info and post link to your site so I can take a look.

If you are referring to these https://screencast.com/t/K1nJc5pkri and you want to achieve something like this https://screencast.com/t/CSesX7GGFl then please add the following CSS code into Appearance >> Theme Options >> Custom CSS:

.home div#primary {
display: none;
}

This should remove the posts from your home page only.
