How can I have the non-necessary cookies show as deactivated per default?

    Hi!

    On the page “non-necessary cookie” there is a radio button for “Default state” and I can choose between “enabled” and “disabled”. I have set it to “disabled” because I was assuming this would make the toggle in the popup show “deactivated” next to the non-necessary cookies, but the toggle stays green/activated. It is required to have the user actively accept cookies, so I think this toggle needs to be set to “deactivated”. How can I do that?

    Hi @vonjanne,

    The steps you did is correct to set the non-necessary cookie category toggle button as disabled. Try clearing the site cache to reflect the changes made in settings.
