    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that your site generates a “First Order” notice when a user places an order for the first time.

    This is not the default WooCommerce core behavior and could be the cause of either a plugin or the current theme you are using.

    To find where this is being generated from, I would recommend performing a conflict test by disabling all plugins and changing your theme to the official WooCommerce Storefront theme, and generate a test order to see if the notice still appears?

    If not, first reactivate your theme, and generate another test order to see if the notice reappears. If so, then it is a result of the theme. If not, you can activate the plugins, one by one, testing after each to see when the notice returns, to find the plugin causing the issue.

    If you prefer not to make any changes to your live site, you have the option of installing the free WP Staging plugin which will clone your site and allow for changes to be made without affecting your live site in any way.

    If the results are inconclusive, kindly share a copy of your sites System Status report – which you can find via?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.

    Once you have that, you can share it in your response here.

    Thank you so much Roxanne. I already found the culprit by deactivating plugin one by one like you suggested. It’s the plugin name “Wisernotify” that cause this bug! I think I’ll contact their support again about this issue. Thanks again for your help!
