• Hi,

    Let’s say I want my blog to be Joey.example.com how can I do that? Within the blog admin or I must do that on my server? Let’s say I am inside my server whcih is Example and I create a folder called joey wouldn’t it be, example.com/Joey

    or I gotta go log into my host and create a subdomain there?

  • WordPress can’t create subdomains, you’ll have to use the admin your host provides.

    Yep. Your host can point the subdomain at the directory containing WordPress.

    After that, the only change is in the options tab changing your default blog address to use the new subdomain.
