• I had to restore from my backup in january, which means i lost all mt posts this year. Where can I find the posts (the latest ones) in database itself so i can copy paste them again?

yes in phpmyadmin it would be easier but i want to learn where exactly i can see them in databse file itself

I searched for the keyword wp_posts but dont see any posts

my website is old, database is over 900,000 lines so it is hard to scroll

The posts will all be stored in the database’s _posts table, which may be wp_posts or you may have a used a custom table prefix (which replaces the wp with whatever you chose or something random).

And yes, phpMyAdmin would definitely be easier, almost all of us use it, there’s no reason not to. ??

If wp_posts is empty, then that would be mean that either the site has 0 posts or pages, or you’re looking in the wrong database.
