how can i export a localhost website to wordpress live

1. Copy the files from your PC to your host via FTP.
2. Export the database on your PC and import on the host (probably via phpmyadmin)
3. Edit wp-config.php to reflect the new DB information and re-upload to the host.
4. Use https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/ on the host to fix up the URLs.
