How can I exclude .htaccess and htpasswd from backup (file filter)?

    Hi,
    I know there is a way to filter for example .pdf or .tiff ect. in order to prevent from being part of the backup.

    But what if I like to exclude my .htaccess and the htpasswd of my admin PW protection on htaccess level?

    Is there a way to filter this?

  • Hi Martin,

    There should be an option to exclude the files using its full path. Is that option not working for you? Not 100% sure if it works on Windows OS to filter the .htaccess file.

    I tried on our linux host and filtering the .htaccess file works well on one of our hosts.
