    Please make sure you’ve authorized the plugin from General Settings screen. If the authorization is successful, try to switch Tracking type to Disabled and afterwards to Analytics.

    Hello,

    What if we are using GTM (Google Tag Manager)? I don’t see the option either to anonymize the IP.

    Is this because we need to anonymize it from the GTM panel?
