    Hi

    There is kept a logging of bounced emails.
    When is this log cleared, or can I do that myself ?

    Hi there, we also have the same problem. Our bounced emails list has around 500,000 entries, and anything beyond a week or so are totally useless. I’m not finding a file that keeps these, so must be in the database and I don’t like messing with it directly. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thank you! But can you make it possible to mass delete the logs? Right now I can only delete 100 at a time, while we have about 500,000 entries, which would require me to do it 5,000 times! ??

    You can delete or empty all logs by a single click, the “Delete All” logs button has been added to the new version, please update and re-check.

    Thank you for including this feature, but having updated the plugin we get “HTTP ERROR 500” when clicking on “Bounce Handling” in the MailPoet menu. The rest of the site seems to work fine. Please review this issue and let me know if you need anything from us. Thank you!

    I am using the boundhandling plugin as well.
    At my site it is working properly.
    Error 500 is mostly a misconfiguration in .htaccess or in your folder rights
    No errors present in the debug logfile ??

    Please try out the solution by @psmits1567 ( Thanks to @psmits1567 ) and if you get similar errors even after these configuration checks, please do provide us more information (PHP, WordPress, Mailpoet versions) to recreate your issue.

    We would love to test this out and fix any issues with our plugin.

    Gentlemen, the issue was actually not having enough memory because our log was huge. We had more than 500,000 entries. After raising the allocated memory, the plugin worked great.
